Delete your account

Pocket Salon Pro is published by Design and Logic Ltd. You can request deletion of your account and the business data stored with it.

How to delete your account

In the app (recommended): Open Pocket Salon Pro → Settings → Delete Account. Confirm twice to permanently delete your account and data.

You can also email support if you cannot access the app:

1. Email cory@designandlogic.ca from the email address linked to your account.
2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
3. Include your registered email address and, if applicable, your salon name.
4. We will confirm your request and delete your account within 30 days.

What we delete

When your account is deleted, we remove or anonymize:

• Your account profile and login credentials
• Client records, notes, and photos you stored in the app
• Transactions, expenses, inventory, services, and reports tied to your account
• Salon membership and invitation data associated with your account

What may be kept

• Subscription and billing records — Google Play, Apple App Store, and our payment processor may retain purchase records as required for tax, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
• Backups — Residual copies in encrypted backups may persist for up to 90 days before automatic removal.
• Legal obligations — We may retain limited information if required by law.

Before you delete

Cancel any active subscription in the Apple App Store or Google Play before or after requesting deletion to avoid future charges. Account deletion does not automatically cancel store subscriptions.
